That focus reached a meaningful milestone at our DFW-03 campus in Mansfield, Texas: 500,000 man hours worked with zero recordable safety incidents. This achievement reflects not just a number, but the daily choices, discipline, and care shown by every person who steps onto our sites.
Celebrating the People Behind the Milestone
To mark the moment, teams took time to come together, recognize the work behind the achievement, and reflect on what it takes to maintain a safe environment on site. It was a chance to pause and recognize the collective effort required to keep safety consistent, day in and day out.
While the food and camaraderie were well deserved, the real celebration was the shared pride in knowing that every individual contributed to this outcome.
How We Put Safety Into Practice
Outcomes like this don’t happen without clear standards and accountability behind the scenes. Our safety program is built to support consistency across every site, not just one project.
That includes centralized oversight through our Safety Committee, regular drills and training, and required OSHA 10 certification for operations team members early in their onboarding. It also means holding contractors and partners to the same expectations, with audits, assessments, and ongoing coaching before and during work on site.
We track safety with the same discipline we apply to other core performance measures. Metrics like Total Recordable Incident Rate are treated as operational KPIs and, in some cases, are directly tied to our sustainability-linked financing. That level of transparency reinforces what matters and keeps safety aligned with long-term performance.
As we move forward, this approach remains unchanged. Clear expectations, shared responsibility, and systems that support people doing the job the right way are foundational to how we operate data centers safely and reliably at scale.
