What does it look like to join a growing company and have opportunities to contribute from the start?
For Elizabeth Hokaj, Procurement Manager at Aligned, it meant stepping into meaningful work early, building relationships across teams and being trusted to take on new challenges.
One of those opportunities came when Elizabeth was asked to help facilitate a cross-functional AI project, connecting vendors with Aligned’s engineering team and other stakeholders across the organization.
