Chris Drumgoole

Chris Drumgoole is a high-impact technology and operations executive with over 25 years of global leadership experience spanning data centers, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and large-scale enterprise services. As Chief Operating Officer at Aligned Data Centers, Chris provides executive oversight across Operations, Platform Delivery, and Information Technology, driving operational excellence, platform scaling, and strategic alignment to support the company’s accelerated growth trajectory. 

Prior to joining Aligned, Chris served as President of Global Infrastructure Services at DXC Technology, where he led the company’s largest business unit, overseeing the modernization and security of mission-critical systems for global enterprise and government clients. During his six-year tenure at DXC, he also held dual roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer. Before DXC, Chris was the Global CIO and CTO at General Electric (GE), directing end-to-end technology and cybersecurity operations worldwide. 

Chris brings extensive, hands-on experience in the data center sector from his executive leadership at Verizon Terremark, where he served as President and COO, managing a global footprint of cloud and hosting facilities with more than 3,000 employees across 15 countries. 

In addition to his executive career, Chris serves on the Board of Directors of Kodiak Gas Services and previously served on the Board of Directors for PetSmart. Recognized throughout the industry for leadership and technological vision, his honors include the ORBIE Leadership Award and inclusion in the CIO 100. Chris holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from Pace University.
