Aligned’s Net Promoter Score

Net Promoter Score, or NPS, is a standard benchmarking tool used by organizations worldwide to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty. A company’s NPS is based on a survey that asks its customers to rate how likely they would recommend its products or services to another firm or business peer. NPS is expressed as a number on a scale ranging from -100 to +100.

At Aligned, we view our NPS not only as a satisfaction and loyalty survey. It’s an opportunity to gather invaluable feedback from our customers to help inform our everyday operations as well as gain insights that will influence our future innovations and strategic planning for the companies we serve.
