ODATA Brings Next-Generation Cooling to Latin America with DeltaFlow~™ Liquid Cooling Technology

Fueled by a US$630 Million First-Phase Investment, Aligned Data Centers’ Proprietary Technology Expands LATAM’s Thermal Efficiency for High-Density Workloads
SAO PAULO – September 17, 2026 – ODATA, an Aligned Data Centers Company (“the Company”) and a leading provider of digital infrastructure in Latin America, today announced the deployment of DeltaFlow~™ at two of its flagship campuses: SP04 in Brazil and QR03 in Mexico. Supported by a combined $630 million investment, phase one installation and testing are already underway at both facilities. Developed by Aligned in partnership with global data center cooling provider Munters, DeltaFlow™ is Aligned’s proprietary liquid cooling solution engineered to sustainably support the rigorous demands of the highest-density data center environments.
As advanced digital workloads push thermal densities beyond the capabilities of traditional cooling, the demand for highly efficient solutions has never been greater. Engineered specifically for this new era of digital infrastructure, DeltaFlow~ enables the Company to support high-density applications at scale with unparalleled thermal efficiency. This deployment underscores the Company’s commitment to advancing sustainable digital infrastructure across Latin America, cementing its position as a market leader in next-generation cooling.
Building on the successful October 2024 deployment of Aligned’s award-winning Delta Cube (Delta³) air-cooling system in Latin America, the Company continues to expand its cooling portfolio to meet the infrastructure demands of next-generation workloads. Designed to integrate seamlessly with Delta³, DeltaFlow~ enables ODATA’s data centers to support hybrid cooling architectures, combining both air and liquid cooling capabilities within the same data hall.
By leveraging advanced proprietary cooling systems, ODATA can support the elevated densities that advanced compute applications demand, while still maintaining a commitment to water conservation. Engineered to require zero water for operational cooling, ODATA’s facilities utilize an advanced closed-loop system that continuously recycles pure, deionized water. Operating as a secondary fluid loop system within the data hall, DeltaFlow~ continuously recirculates its coolant, enabling highly efficient thermal management while minimizing water consumption associated with cooling operations.
“As global demand for digital infrastructure continues to grow, the data center industry is undergoing a fundamental transformation. Bringing DeltaFlow~ to Latin America reflects our commitment to staying ahead of the market’s evolving needs,” said Ricardo Alário, CEO of ODATA. “Just as we did with Delta³, our goal is to establish DeltaFlow~ as the market benchmark for liquid cooling, further strengthening ODATA’s leadership in innovation and helping ensure that Latin America is ready to support the next generation of applications.”
DeltaFlow~ is already being manufactured at Munters’ Araucaria, Paraná facility. This Brazilian production hub complements existing U.S. manufacturing to supply ODATA’s sites in Mexico and Brazil, alongside upcoming projects in Chile and Colombia. This strategic investment in domestic manufacturing not only bolsters Brazil’s economy and job market, but also significantly streamlines supply chain logistics – giving ODATA the agility to rapidly scale its regional infrastructure.
“We are very pleased to extend our manufacture of the DeltaFlow~ coolant distribution units to support ODATA’s deployments in Brazil and Mexico. Our global manufacturing footprint enables us to support Aligned and ODATA with their state-of-the-art cooling technologies as they continue to expand digital infrastructure capacity across Latin America and beyond,” said Keith Dunnavant, Vice President of Offer Strategy & Portfolio Management at Munters.
