Delivering Hope, Together: Aligned’s Third Annual HOPE Kit Packing Party
For the third consecutive year, Aligned Data Centers employees and customers came together to support women facing breast cancer through a HOPE Kit packing party in partnership with the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF).
This year’s event brought volunteers together to assemble more than 350 HOPE Kits, each filled with thoughtful items and messages of encouragement for women navigating breast cancer treatment.
What began as an opportunity to give back has become a meaningful annual tradition, connecting our team and customers through a shared commitment to helping others.
Packing HOPE Kits with Purpose
NBCF’s HOPE Kits are designed to provide comfort, encouragement, and practical support to women undergoing breast cancer treatment. Each kit contains carefully selected items intended to bring a moment of care during a difficult time.
For Aligned volunteers, the experience is personal.
Many have been touched by breast cancer through family members, friends, and loved ones. During this year’s packing party, employees shared stories of mothers, sisters, and spouses who have faced the disease, bringing a deeper sense of connection to every kit assembled.
As one volunteer shared:
“You’re delivering hope in a box, and you’re gonna make somebody’s day.”
Those words capture the heart of the event. Each kit represents a small but meaningful gesture, reminding its recipient that people are thinking of her and standing beside her.
Three Years of Giving Back
Now in its third year, Aligned’s HOPE Kit packing party continues to grow as part of our ongoing partnership with NBCF.
Over the previous two years, Aligned employees assembled more than 550 HOPE Kits and contributed $27,500 in support of NBCF’s mission. With more than 350 additional kits packed this year, our collective efforts have now reached more than 900 HOPE Kits assembled over three years.
The annual event also creates opportunities for employees and customers to participate together, strengthening relationships while supporting a cause that affects so many families.
For some volunteers, the impact extends beyond the packing party itself, with HOPE Kits reaching women in their own neighborhoods and personal networks.
A Partnership Rooted in Community
Earlier this year, Aligned was honored with NBCF’s 2026 Community Partner Award, recognizing our continued support of the organization’s mission and our commitment to community involvement.
That recognition reflects the dedication of employees who return year after year, the customers who join us, and the personal connections that make this partnership meaningful.
