How Aligned and the National Breast Cancer Foundation Are Bringing Hope to Communities

At Aligned, community impact is built through long-term relationships, local involvement, and showing up consistently for the people in the communities where we operate. Across our Health & Wellness initiatives, that commitment comes to life through nonprofit partnerships, employee volunteerism, and programs that directly support individuals and families in need.

One partnership that continues to grow in meaningful ways is our work with the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF).

Supporting Women Through Hands-On Community Engagement

Aligned employees have joined NBCF through annual HOPE Kit packing events, assembling care packages for women undergoing breast cancer treatment. Filled with comforting items and handwritten notes, the kits are designed to provide encouragement and support during an incredibly difficult time.

Over the past two years, Aligned teams have packed more than 550 HOPE Kits, written heartfelt notes of encouragement for women across the country, and contributed $27,500 to support NBCF’s mission.

These events have become an important part of how our teams engage with the communities around them. Beyond the kits themselves, they bring employees together around a shared purpose: supporting women and families with compassion, care, and action.

Recognized for Community Partnership

That ongoing collaboration was recently recognized when Aligned was named the 2026 recipient of NBCF’s Community Partner Award, an honor recognizing organizations that help strengthen community engagement and advance NBCF’s mission locally.

Members of the Aligned team were on hand to accept the award on behalf of the company, representing the employees who continue to dedicate their time and energy to the partnership year after year.

Reflecting on the partnership, NBCF shared:

Your heart and dedication towards bringing hope to families facing breast cancer are so apparent in the work that you do. We are so grateful to have your continued love and support of our mission!”
