With a degree in Environmental Engineering from USP’s Polytechnic School, Carolina Maestri brings over 15 years of experience in sectors such as Technology, Finance, and Construction. She holds a Master’s degree in Innovation from Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
After more than two years as Senior Corporate Sustainability Manager at Grupo Boticário, Carolina Maestri joins ODATA to lead the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) areas. Her career also includes roles at major organizations such as Bain & Company, Itaú Unibanco, the United Nations, InterCement, Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional, and Webb.
A passionate advocate for sustainability, diversity, and innovation, Carolina aims to drive more sustainable performance in the technology sector and enhance ODATA’s positive impact on society through environmental and social initiatives.
