As Sr. Director of Finance, Sam serves as an integral member of Aligned’s strategy team. Working closely with large hyperscale accounts, he is involved in complex deals as well as new site development and acquisitions. Same also serves as the Chief of Staff to the CEO and plays a key role in Board of Directors / investor management and deal underwriting / budgeting for Aligned’s CFO. Prior to joining Aligned, Sam worked within the Wall St. community at Stifel Financial Corp., conducting financial analysis and valuation across multiple industries (airlines / aerospace & defense / fiber / telecommunications towers / telecommunications companies / data centers). He graduated from University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) in 2013.
